Sitting in ample grounds in the countryside between Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia, Villa Es Moli den Fanals is a great choice for those who wish to be close to the beaches and amenities of both these very popular seaside resorts. "Moli" is the Mallorca word for Mill and there are numerous reminders of the old mill that stood on this land over a hundred years ago, including the cellar where the Olive oil was produced after harvest. The swimming pool, with small shallow section in the main pool, is surrounded by sun kissed terraces and overlooked only by the shaded porch of the house. The gardens are ranging and well kept and there are fruit trees and olive trees dotted all around. Inside, the house is traditionally furnished with wooden ceiling beams, terracotta tiled floors and lots of solid pine whilst the modern touch provides for air-conditioning in all bedrooms. There is a fully fitted kitchen next to the lounge diner and stairs lead to a mezzanine "quiet area" - a small lounge ideal for reading. The villa is a 5 minute drive, or a 15 minute walk, to the old town of Alcudia with its numerous street cafés and tapas bars as well as lots of souvenir shops and boutiques.
